  provides value-added services to portfolio
  companies
• SCG’s services are attracting both private
  equity and venture capital managers

• SCG has unique access to the management
  teams of PE and VC backed companies as a
  value-added services provider
• SCG has proprietary insights into
  companies’ hiring, turnover, quality of
  talent and general HR health
